error importing custom thesaurus on 4.1.x docker #12088

Expected Behavior

when import a custom thesaurus can add keywords and that keywords can get filtered

Actual Behavior

after import the custom thesaurus, edit settings.py file and add the keywords into a layer, in the filter says "there's no elements to show"

Steps to Reproduce the Problem

  1. follow the guide from (https://docs.geonode.org/en/3.3.x/admin/thesaurus/index.html#:~:text=A%20thesaurus%20can%20be%20loaded,thesaurus%20in%20this%20GeoNode%20instance.)
  2. edit the settings.py file and reload the containers

Specifications

  • GeoNode version: 4.1.x
  • Installation type (vanilla, geonode-project): Geonode-project
  • Installation method (manual, docker):docker
  • Platform:ubuntu server 22.0.4
  • Additional details:

@mwallschlaeger, you did some work importing thesauri. Did you encounter the above error?

@oskarcm i just tried the following guide: https://docs.geonode.org/en/master/admin/thesaurus/index.html uploading the gemet thesauri. Searching for keywords works for me here.

I've tried with the same steps but, after add the keywords to a layer, only shows this

@oskarcm hey i can not confirm your problem on v4.2.2. I will investigate and try with v4.1.x as soon as i'm back into office. But if you have the chance please try with newer version first.

@mwallschlaeger, sorry for the question, but I'm new with geonode.. how can I upgrade to 4.2.2 version via docker?
