Add PDF document with URL: 'Extension is not supported' if %20 in link #12053

Expected Behavior

Add document with Add URL return a valid document

Actual Behavior

Extension not supported while PDF is valid.
It happens since 3.3.4 as well, 3.3.0 is ok, don't know about 3.2

Steps to Reproduce the Problem

  1. Copy link with %20 in URL like:
    https://www.agence-francaise-anticorruption.gouv.fr/files/files/Recommandations%20AFA.pdf

  2. Add Document with Add URL form

  3. Extension not supported. Screenshot below

Specifications

  • GeoNode version: 4.2.2, 3.3.4
  • Installation type (vanilla, geonode-project): geonode-project
  • Installation method (manual, docker): docker
  • Platform: linux
