Do not hard code value of geoserver_data directory in tasks.py #10963

Problem

In https://github.com/GeoNode/geonode/blob/master/tasks.py#L358 the value is hard coded to /geoserver_data/data. This value should be replaced by GEOSERVER_DATA_DIR
