Misspelling - Broken Links Report Typo #849

Hi,

I found a typo on the data.gov broken links report (https://catalog.data.gov/report/broken-links/ssa-gov).

Under the reason, "unrecognised" is not a word. It needs to be "unrecognized" with a "Z".
