Employ api.data.gov for API keys and analytics for the inventory.data.gov API functionality

This is similar to the pitch that we integrate api.data.gov for the CKAN directory api, but instead is for the inventory.data.gov API functionality.

I need to research if we are still offering that any. If we are, I'll update the issue here with more research on what would be entailed to make that happen.
