我的节点组网文件是这样

我利用gen_node_cert.sh脚本新增了一个节点并且启动成功,但是并没有加入到群组共识


我的节点配置文件是这样

节点日志文件

我想知道为什么会这样？如何操作才能正确的让新节点添加到群组共识中?
