How to remove Source tab in the ElmahCore Dashboard #181

Hi,
I have two questions,

How to remove or hide the "Source" tab in the ElmahCore dashboard error page. ( I don't want to show the code to the outside world)
In the git hub Elmhcore documentation i could see that their is "Log" tab, i am unable to see that tab in the dashboard, how to have it configured?
