Describe the bug

i want to filter/search in a treeview, i am using AdvancedCollectionView however it seems that only first top level items can be searched, i added a nested support in my Filter method but result is not good and i can see wrong items in search results!

this is first top level items which is working fine! as you can see only result shown in ui

222

and this is nested items which show wrong items!

22200

advancedCollectionView.Filter = item =>
{
    var node = (FileSystemItem)item;
    var name = node.DisplayName ?? "";

    // Check if the current node matches the search text
    if (name.Contains(sender.Text, StringComparison.OrdinalIgnoreCase))
        return true;

    // Check if any child node matches the search text
    foreach (var child in node.Children)
    {
        if (FilterRecursive(child, sender.Text))
            return true;
    }

    // If none of the current node or its children match, return false
    return false;

};

and:

bool FilterRecursive(FileSystemItem node, string searchText)
{
    var name = node.DisplayName ?? "";

    // Check if the current node matches the search text
    if (name.Contains(searchText, StringComparison.OrdinalIgnoreCase))
        return true;

    // Check if any child node matches the search text
    foreach (var child in node.Children)
    {
        if (FilterRecursive(child, searchText))
            return true;
    }

    // If none of the current node or its children match, return false
    return false;
}

Steps to reproduce

add a treeView with nested items and do a search!

Expected behavior

only relevent items should be shown in treeview
