When using subdomains, the .internal folder that contains the locks is in the root of the data folder, while the rest of the .internal data is in the www folder. The latter is the usual behaviour. Probably because we hardcoded the file path when using the file locker somewhere, perhaps for the cleanup.
Not a major issue but would be nice if it was consistent again.
