Recover account when forgot email

Actual behavior:

Currently, when user forgets the email they used for sign-up, there seems to be no way to recover their account

Expected behavior:

User can recover their account by providing username or webId associated with the account

There are no usernames though, the email address is used for that purpose. We could have a similar page to the forgot password page, but then one where users enter their WebID to receive an email instead.
