when i use the 【ciphey -t "Encrypted input"】

get this error【 UnicodeDecodeError: 'gbk' codec can't decode byte 0xbf in position 695: illegal multibyte sequence 】

How to solve this problem？

5.14.0 is error, you need to go back 5.13.0
