Describe the bug
Whenever the program starts it works fine. As soon as I open e.g. a game, Chrome or any application for that matter, TaskbarX runs automatically, but this time around it doesn't center. Instead it goes to the far right, clipping into the tray icons.
Furthermore, if I Alt + Tab into another application, this happens once again (the program reruns and goes all the way to the right of my screen). This is fixable by running TaskbarX Configurator, but doing this constantly (literally every time I do anything involving switching between applications or simply opening them) is really getting annoying.
It should be noted that due to some issues with the local account on my machine, I have to be logged into the administrator account. I am only mentioning this as TaskbarX Configurator mentions that running the program as an admin might cause issues.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Press CTRL + R and type shell:startup.
Put a shortcut to TaskbarX inside that folder. This will cause the program to run at startup.
Restart PC.
If nothing happens, try Alt + Tab to another application.
Expected behavior
The Taskbar should center in the middle of the screen.
Desktop (please complete the following information):
OS: Windows 10 Pro N
Version: 10.0.19045 Build 19045
Additional context:
If I don't set the primary taskbar offset to be -500px it will never center, which makes no sense to me as it worked last week. I tried updating to the latest version of TaskbarX, but that did not resolve this issue.
NOTE IMPORTANT: A couple of days ago I enabled "Resize BAR". These issues started after I enabled this. I highly doubt this has anything to do with this issue and believe it to be a coincidence. Disabling BAR did not help with this issue.

This is what it should look like and what it looks like after I manually reload TaskbarX using the configurator application
And this is what it looks like whenever I do what I just described at the top of this post
