Maven Repo for Vanderbilt 403s when trying to build

Howdy,

I get 403 (unauthorized) when I try to build this repository... from the vanderbilt releases repository, is it possible to have this build using publicly accessible maven repositories?

@phreed (Fred Eisele) is our Vanderbilt point of contact, although I can't seem to tag him here. He created both the maven build and ANTLR parser, neither of which I know how to maintain (personally, I prefer to build using eclipse and parse using combinators).
