需知

升级feapder，保证feapder是最新版，若BUG仍然存在，则详细描述问题

pip install --upgrade feapder

问题
TaskSpider的start_monitor_task(添加任务)函数生成了很多日志内容，start(开始爬虫)函数生成的日志会被覆盖。
