Hi, I have previously installed 3.3.1 through conda and it worked well. Now I was trying to install 3.3.2 as per the instructions here but running into an error.
I used the commands in the docs to install chewBBACA v3.3.2, which was installed without any issues. I used conda with the libmamba solver to create an environment with chewBBACA and another environment where I installed chewBBACA with pip.
I noticed that mamba used the cache when you tried to install chewBBACA v3.3.2. Maybe it is a cache issue that you can solve by carefully using the clean command.
Let me know if the conda+libmamba or conda+pip options solve the issue.
Hi, I have previously installed 3.3.1 through conda and it worked well. Now I was trying to install 3.3.2 as per the instructions here but running into an error.
mamba create -c bioconda -c conda-forge -n chewbbaca=3.3.2 "chewbbaca=3.3.2"
I then tried to reinstall 3.3.1 but was still getting the same error.
Finally, I removed the version from the mamba command (see below), I saw Chewbbaca v3.2.0 being installed.
mamba create -c bioconda -c conda-forge -n chewbbaca=3.3.2 "chewbbaca"
Note + chewbbaca 3.2.0 pyhdfd78af_0 bioconda/noarch 6MB in the stdout
Any help is appreciated.
Best,
Zohaib
