Sites table headers garbled in some locales

The table headers on /sites are garbled in some locales. The tables headers have white-space:no-wrap applied and so just overwrite each other.

1. Change locale to Italian
2. Go to /sites
3. See that "Ultima pubblicazione" isn't really legible and bleeds into "Statistiche", you can't really see the sorter icon.

In part, this is because the Italian translation has changed, but the same problem could be happening in other languages.
