Thanks so much for the report. Can you share some more details on how to replicate this and what we're looking at. It looks like there is a tooltip and a squeezed navigation menu. Is this with a particular set up? I tried adding a navigation block and contact for to a test site without any problems. So can you share some more steps on how to replicate that? Cheers.

@olaseni shared that they can replicate this on the Luminate theme. So far it looks like this is theme-specific. Other themes I have tested seem to preserve the styles. I am going to share the report with the theme developer now.
