dApp Staking v3 - More Dynamic Tier Calculation

Description

With the current design of dApp staking v3, tier configuration is set for recalculation once per period.
This might be problematic if period is very lengthy (or very short).

Web3 and crypto is very dynamic, volatile industry. Prices can rise and fall quickly, and long standing static tier
configuration might not reflect real situation on the market.

The purpose of this task is to investigate alternative triggers for tier config recalcuatlion:

• once per era
• once per week or month
• something else
