Add support to provide a custom file to replace home.pug

I would like to change more than just the WEBSITE_HOME_CONTENT variable allows me to.
But I do not want to have to re-edit the home.pug file every time I need to update.
So I suggest we add in a new variable that would allow us to override and load in a custom pug file instead of home.pug.
