driver issue with 5.10.63-v7l+

Dears, I'm trying to connect Arcudam to Raspberry Pi4.
Following this guide
https://www.arducam.com/docs/cameras-for-raspberry-pi/pivariety/how-to-install-kernel-driver-for-pivariety-camera/#ftoc-heading-15

after driver installation and reboot I see "firmware version: 0x10001" in dmesg. Then I'm trying to get any picture from device and get no success. Worst thing is. after reboot of rpi4 I see

[ 31.836836] arducam_vana: disabling

until I make a power switch of the device.

Can you advice how can I make it working?
