missing file for the example of Covalent_Docking #8

I try to run the script of 6.- Covalent_Docking.ipynb, but I got the following error:

the file S_atom.sdf doesn't exist in the dir of test/Covalent_Docking/

Hi!
Same Problem as above. The file S_atom.sdf doesn't exist in the dir of test/Covalent_Docking. How is this file generated
