Describe the bug
HWS247FDU1 Wine Cooler does not retain previous settings after reload or after restart of homeassistant.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. reload hon service
    or

  2. Restart homeassistant

  3. Temperature setting goes to lowest possible setting.

Expected behavior
Temperature setting remains the same.

Environment (please complete the following information):
Device: HWS247FDU1
by Haier
Firmware: 5.15.0
Hardware: WC1503
hon integration 0.14.0-beta6
