unsupported devices?

thanks to the latest Beta(s) I was finally able to login to the integration but now I am confronted with the following error message (taken from the HA-log):

is this because of unsupported devices? I run HA on a docker on my Synology NAS and have not been able to add pyhOn to it so maybe someone can put me into the right direction....

my appliances are:
at home: Hoover Wash500 - HWDP 69AMBC/1-S
at work: Hoover WasherDryer - HDE 5106AMBS/1-S

Hi, this looks more like an authentication error, but you have truncated your log, looks like you have used a search filter. Can you post the full error message? Then I can probably say more 🙂
Do you have enabled 2fa? (We don't support this so far)

Hi, sorry it took a while, can you test the version v0.7.0-beta.1? There you should get a different error message now.

Thanks, that's helpful! So the problem is "missing tokens". I added a new log in the latest beta to get some info why there is no id_token, please check it out 🙂

I had to reset the PW, so I deleted the integration, reinstalled it and there where my washing machines.
don't know if it was due to the pw-reset and new installation or because of the latest beta (7) but it seems to be working now.
