The README doesn't currently provide a straightforward way to install 4store.
I had some success earlier on Ubuntu with blog posts (I think http://rufuspollock.org/2010/02/08/howto-install-4store/) on the internet and the steps in Dockerfiles (see #145).
I tried to install raptor from source on macOS but hit a wall: http://bugs.librdf.org/mantis/view.php?id=615
